Black Bull Capital targets a minimum 15% average annual return (AAR) and a 2.0x equity multiple over a 5-year horizon. Equity-driven plays are structured for accelerated value creation, typically carrying a higher AAR, shorter hold period, and potential preferred returns to reward early risk.
In contrast, long-term holds are built around durable cash flow, strong market fundamentals, and operational excellence, with a heavier focus on management, tenant experience, and capturing growth through compounding income and asset appreciation.
