Black Bull Capital together with SKALA Development transformed a 100-year-old former SPU asset at 68 W Etruria into six modern, design-forward apartments, revitalizing the building and invigorating the Queen Anne community. By blending adaptive reuse with high-end design, the project preserved the site's legacy while contributing new energy, housing, and architectural quality to the neighborhood.
